We wipe and spray with safe and environmentally friendly disinfectant-cleaner (s) inside our vehicle(s) regularly and we also have available Inside our vehicle(s) hand sanitizers, bottles of water, mints (sugar free), gum (sugar free), a variety of candies, facial tissues, charging cords, travel games and we have a DVD player to play movies or video music concerts. For your night time experience, we have inside LED lighting that features many different colors adding a great ambiance. We also have clean and sanitized blankets and pillows.
All accommodations are included in the cost of the ride.

Owner / Operator Bob Anderson, third generation Taxi-Cab Transportation owner has driven over 1.5 million miles and is PASS (Passenger Assistance Safety & Sensitivity) certified along with other transportation-related requirements including back ground checks.
The company is registered with NPI and is Commercially Licensed, Insured and Bonded in the Commonwealth of Virginia. All drivers also have passed all training required including back ground checks.

a) Cleaning Charge: If, in the carrier’s reasonable opinion, any passenger(s) soils the vehicle as to render it in an unpresentable condition for further use, a cleaning charge of $350.00 will be assessed against that passenger or passengers.
b) Damage Charge: Vehicles are carefully inspected by carrier prior to each trip. Any damage to seats, windows, or other equipment or parts of the vehicle, inside or outside, which is caused by any passenger or passengers shall be the responsibility of that passengers or passenger and the cost to the carrier for the repairs of such damages shall be paid by the passenger(s).
c) Tolls, Fees, and Special Charges: The charges herein do not include bridge, ferry, tunnel, or highway tolls, entrance fees or charges for special licenses or permits. An additional charge will be assessed for actual cost of such tolls, (to & from locations), fees, or special charges.
d) A minimum of 15% service/ transfer fee may be added to any charges paid by credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, GPay, PayPal, or any other forms of transfer of payments. This rate will vary according to the different monetary service providers mentioned above. Note: these fees are a direct pass through of these company fees.
NOTE: No personal checks, bitcoin or any other forms of digital currency will be accepted but cash is acceptable.
All charges for carrier movements are payable in advance unless credit is established with the carrier in advance of movement. A deposit up to 10% of the fare may be required. Payments must be in the form Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or any other forms of transfer of payments of cash, certified check, VISA or MasterCard. Personal or company check may be accepted at the discretion of the carrier. A $75.00 fee will be charged for any personal or company check returned due to insufficient funds. A 25% surcharge of the total amount due will be assessed for delinquent payments in excess of 30 days. If payment is not received after 60 days from date of service was provided, carrier will seek whatever means provided by law to recover payment for services rendered.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Baggage
a) Baggage will not be checked.
b) Personal baggage, musical instruments, athletic equipment, and other paraphernalia, limited to the capacity of the inside vehicle, will be transported in the custody of the passenger(s) at no additional charge.
c) Liability for loss or damage of baggage and or other items as listed above will be limited to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each passenger if such loss is due to the fault or negligence of the carrier.
d) If a roof top luggage carrier or any other type of equipment is needed to transport additional luggage or equipment an additional $150.00 could be applied.
Objectionable Person(s)
Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of him or herself, or who shows conduct, which is such, or likely to be such, as to make him or her objectionable to the driver(s) or other passenger(s).
Exception: The above rule does not apply to person(s) who are ill and are accompanied by an attendant or nurse.
Animals
No animals of ANY type will be carried, except seeing eye dogs, (Service animals) accompanying their master.
NOTE: Some exceptions are up to the discretion of the carrier. A possible cleaning fee may or will be charged if needed. (See above note under Other Fees)
Carrier’s Liability
a) Carrier will not be liable for delays caused by Acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incidents to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of roads, snowstorms, and other conditions or situations beyond its control, and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time. Carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its agent or employees, but it is not guaranteed.
b) If any condition(s) mentioned in subsection a) above make it in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate equipment, either from the place of origin or point en-route, the carrier shall not be liable therefor, or caused to be held liable for damages for any reason whatsoever.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Smoking / Vaping / Tobacco / Cannabis -Marijuana products will not be permitted inside of vehicles. If there are any lingering odor(s) from intoxicating products, i.e., marijuana that could cause the driver(s) or passenger(s) to get sick or feel uncomfortable, the carrier has to right to terminate the transport.
- Eating Food / Drinking beverages, closed containers will be allowed on a limited and individual basis. i.e.medical needs, small children, etc. This will be up to the discretion of the driver and the management of Anderson Transportation Services. A possible cleaning fee may or will be charged if needed. (See note above under Other Fees)

I highly recommend Anderson Transportation Services! Bob was available on short notice to pick me up in a small town that has no taxi or transportation services. Bob was prompt and very friendly. I had a very comfortable ride in a clean, safe vehicle! Thanks Bob, you really helped me out during a stressful time, and we had a wonderful chat during the ride. God bless and safe travels!!

I’ve known Bob from Anderson Transportation to me was a godsend he was a huge part of my sobriety… See I’m a recovering addict and moved to the area to get away from everyone and everything that was holding me back from my sobriety…. Well Bob at one point was my driver to go to the methadone clinic I was going to and he was just an awesome person we would always talk about my spirituality and listen to really cool Christian songs from artist we both knew and it was just all around a wonderful ride… Bob is just all around an amazing person and anyone who knows Bob will also tell you he’s just awesome!!! I would give him a 10 out of 10 any day… thank you for everything you have done for me Bob and to everybody else I highly recommend him for any ride you may need and you never know just get an awesome discount…

In my humble opinion, Bob from Anderson Transportation is hands down the best ground transportation in the area. He charges us a flat rate for transportation between the Roanoke Airport and Blacksburg. He drives a large 8-passenger van with all the bells and whistles like waters, hand sanitizers, mints, phone charging cords, etc. He contacts the rider the day before and introduces himself, sends a picture of his van, and talks through logistics of the pick-up. I’ve even known him to give one of our clients one of his umbrellas when he knew it was going to be a rainy day and the client would be doing a lot of walking. I’ve used him for many people over the past couple of years, and all have reported back positively. I never hesitate to recommend him to others!

We discovered Bob Anderson a few years ago. What a great discovery! He has always be on time. His van is always clean. He is friendly and caring. This Christmas our family was coming home for Christmas. Our son's flight was delayed so he missed the flight into Roanoke. Bob was wonderful. He went the next day and picked up our son and his family when they got to Roanoke. Bob then went back to the airport to pick up the rest of our family that came in that evening. Before we make airline reservations, we always check with Bob to see if he is available to take us to the Roanoke Airport! Thanks-Bob for your great service!!
